Time for a yoga break!
It's time to refresh your mind and body. This one-hour guided yoga workshop is for all experience and fitness levels. Your guide will rotate classes between a Vinyasa Flow Yoga and a Restorative Yoga practice, completely depending on the groups preference for the day.
Vinyasa Yoga
The vinyasa practice is about coordinating movement with breath. Your guide will instruct a sequence of movements with focused breathing exercises resulting in a full body workout and a rested mind.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is a relaxing series of poses, typically held for a period of time (3-4 minutes). These poses are often referred to as "soothing" and "well-supported". We may use props in the form of blocks, towels, stretch bands and pads to assist in positioning.
